John E. Elliott II
President and Chief Executive Officer
Along with his current position at Arcadia, Mr. Elliott is presently the chairman of AMI Holdings, Inc. He began his 32 year career in healthcare in 1978. Mr. Elliott has founded, acquired, and operated companies in many sectors with concentration on health care.
In 1983, Mr. Elliott formed Allied Medical, Inc. and built it to a national company distributing its own brand label of wheelchairs and patient products for the homecare market; he divested the company in 1996.
In 2002, he led a group of investors in acquiring Neogenomics (NGNM) a Biotech company. In 2004 he acquired Arcadia Services, Inc., a national provider of staffing and homecare, serving as its Chairman and CEO through 2007. In May 2012 he repurchased Arcadia Services, Inc. and is currently the company's CEO.
Mr. Elliott has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Lawrence Technological University of
which he was a member of the Board of Trustees.
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Goldstein joined Arcadia in May 2012 as the Chief Financial Officer. In February 2015, he was promoted to his current role as Chief Operating Officer.
He previously served as the Chief Financial Analyst for AMI Holding Corporation where he worked for three years on various transactions and business ventures in healthcare products and services.
Mr. Goldstein has also worked in the areas of investment banking and in the capital markets.
He holds a BA in Economics from the University of Rochester, and an MBA in finance and accounting from the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Burchi joined Arcadia in 1999 in the Accounting Department as a staff accountant. Through the years, he has advanced his accounting career within Arcadia by acting as the Controller, Finance Manager, and Director of Accounting. In 2010 he was promoted to Vice President of Finance. In February 2015, he was promoted to his current executive position of Chief Financial Officer.
Through the years, he has overseen the implementation of a new billing, payroll and general ledger software at Arcadia.
Mr. Burchi's responsibilities include billing and collection, finance and information technology. He serves on internal committees such as the Governing Body, HIPAA and Compensation board.
Mr. Burchi earned a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Masters Degree in Finance, both from Walsh College.
